Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

MyIPRadar shows you information about your own connection — your public IP address, its approximate location, and what your browser reports. This page explains exactly what happens with that data.

What this site shows

Everything displayed on MyIPRadar is information your own connection and browser already send to every website you visit: your public IP address, the request headers, and your browser characteristics. We show it to you; we do not collect it from anywhere else.

IP geolocation

Your approximate location, ISP and network (ASN) are looked up in a local copy of the GeoLite2 database, in memory, at the moment of your request. The lookup result is sent to your browser and not stored.

The API and server logs

Responses from our /api/ip endpoint are marked no-store: neither we nor intermediaries cache them. The application itself does not write IP addresses to disk. Standard infrastructure logs (reverse proxy) may retain requests briefly for security and debugging.

Analytics — only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, and it loads only if you press Accept on the consent banner. Until then, no request is made to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage), not in a cookie, and you can change it by clearing site data. If you decline, nothing is loaded — ever.

Cloudflare

This site is served through Cloudflare, which provides caching and security, and collects cookieless, aggregated performance metrics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Cloudflare does not use cookies for this and we do not receive individual visitor data from it.

What we never do

No advertising cookies, no fingerprinting, no selling or sharing of data, no tracking across sites, no port scans or probes against your connection. The site sets no cookies of its own at all.
